SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

Must have:

ü  Experience in Galaxy, Aritech and General Intruder alarm systems. CCTV and Access Control knowledge and experience.

ü  Lenel, Cortech, Indigo Vision, Genetec and S2 experience would be advantageous but not essential.

ü  Strong knowledge of the Security Systems industry

ü  Be able to identify potential sales leads and pass on to sales department

ü  Good communications skills

ü  Good time management and planning skills

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Must have:

ü  Significant relevant field service technical experience

ü  Proactive response to all situations; ability to work alone and think on your feet.

ü  Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service

ü  At least 5 years’ experience in servicing security products

KEY PRODUCT AREAS

Access Control  |  Intrusion Protection  |  Video Surveillance  |  Door Entry  | Fire Detection  |  Audio Alarm Verification  |  Staff Protection  |  Public Address  |  Time & Attendance  | LED Lighting

ü  Drive excellent customer service by working with the supervisor and Protection Net Centre Call Centre by utilising the PDA hand held system to react to service calls and PMV’s

ü  Service the Banking and Commercial customer base

ü  Carry out service calls on a daily basis and react to outstanding weekly PMV’s

ü  Accountable for all aspects of their van stock, safety equipment and training, must be flexible in working out of hours and be presentable and professional in front of customers

ü  Primary role is to drive excellent customer service by working with the supervisor and PNC Call Centre by utilising the PDA hand held system to react to service calls and PMV’s
